Candidate Filing for May General Election

(Longview, TX) A General Election for City of Longview City Council Districts 5 and 6 will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2013. Candidates may file an application for a place on the ballot between January 30, and March 1, 2013. The last day for a regular write-in candidate to declare candidacy for the General Election is March 1, 2013. Candidates may file during normal office hours at the City of Longview City Secretary’s office, located at City Hall, 300 W. Cotton St.
