The Human Resources Department is responsible for all initial employment interest including accepting applications, maintaining employment opportunities and coordinating employment positions with all city departments. This office also oversees the City's recruitment program, payroll system, classification and compensation plans, employee benefits, policy administration, performance management, training initiatives, personnel records, and risk management.
Our mission is to provide the leadership, direction and support needed to attract, retain, and develop employees, as well as, effectively manage business risks.
