Partners in Prevention Steering Committee


The Partners in Prevention Steering Committee is a seven-member committee that acts to mobilize the community for the prevention and remediation of alcohol and other drug abuse. The committee works closely with the Partners in Prevention Department, which oversees special initiatives such as youth mentoring through Forever Friends and Co-pilots, Coalition for Drug-Free Youth, Unity and Diversity Committee, and Longview Bridges out of Poverty.

Meetings: Noon, Third Wednesday of the Month in January, March, May, July, September, and November at 140 E. Tyler Street, 4th Floor, Partners in Prevention Conference Room (unless posted otherwise).
