Quick Pay Now

Online and electronic bill payment services, such as eCare, Quick Pay Now, and automated phone payments, will be temporarily interrupted on Saturday, Sept. 10 between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m due to maintenance activities.

This payment option allows you to pay your utility bill in a faster and more convenient way. Because you are not accessing your account, you will not need you login information. Instead, you can pay your bill with only your account number and the numeric portion of your service address.

Follow these easy steps to complete your payment. First, you must have your account number, which is located in the upper right hand portion of your utility bill, separated by a dash.

  1. When prompted, enter the first eight digits of your utility account number, then, enter the 2 digits following the dash.
  2. Next, enter the numeric portion of your service address.
  3. You will then be able to pay your bill with either credit or debit card. (Discover, Mastercard or Visa) or by electronic check.
