Keep in mind while planning your event that the capacity numbers do not account for event features such as stages, dance floors and silent auction displays that will decrease your max capacity amount. Find peace of mind knowing that our Event Coordinator provides personal assistance to planners to ensure that all fire codes are considered while designing the layout of your event.
With digital event design software, Longview Convention Complex staff contributes positively to the event planning process by answering many of the unknowns involved in planning an event. Longview Convention Complex staff sets up contracted equipment (tables, chairs and stage) and removes the equipment at the conclusion of the event. Lessee is responsible for the set up and removal of any equipment rented from a third party.
