The Longview Police Department has filed multiple charges in this case with the District Attorney's Office.  An injured male remains in a local hospital from yesterday's incident at Motel 6 on S. Due to the circumstances surrounding this case, the Longview Police Department will be filing two criminal offense charges with the Gregg County District Attorney's Office for review and presentation to the Gregg County Grand Jury.  The names of the involved parties are not being released at this time.
