Computer Basics
This course offers students an opportunity to become more familiar with the basics of using a computer along with browsing the Internet. Recommended for those who have never touched a computer before or possess limited knowledge of computer operation.September 9, 10:00 AM - 1:30 PM.
Word Basics
Introductory course into Microsoft Word, and typing/word processing. Learn how to create a complete word document with text, paragraphs, images, tables, charts, etc. by using the formatting tools and options within the program.September 15 & 16, 10:00 AM - 1:30 PM.
Basic Excel
Introductory course into Microsoft Excel, database entry, and spreadsheet creation. Students will learn what a spreadsheet is & how to navigate Excel. They will learn the basic functions of entering data, editing spreadsheets, adding rows/columns, sorting, copying, etc. They will also learn how to input basic formulas and functions to make the spreadsheet perform certain tasks.September 21 & 22, 10:00 AM - 1:30 PM.
