Mindful Moments comes full circle as we celebrate it’s yearly anniversary! Mental health is just as important as physical health, and there are lots of benefits to taking some time out of the day to meditate and be mindful.
We’ll spend some time showing you helpful practices that can reduce daily stress, and have a peaceful activity planned in a zen environment.
