The purpose of this specification is to secure a contract for management services for certified sports officials and support staff for City sanctioned games/events. Responsibilities include providing certified sporting officials and support staff for all City of Longview scheduled games/events, record keeping and payment to officials and support staff.

Proposals
received in the City Purchasing Office after the submission deadline
will be considered void and unacceptable. The City of Longview is not
responsible for lateness or non-delivery of mail, carrier, etc., and the
date/time stamp in the Purchasing Office will be the official time of
receipt.
