The intent of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to award a contract to supply plumbing services on an “as needed” basis for routine repairs, maintenance and special projects (as designated) for the City of Longview Facilities.
Proposals may be hand delivered to:
City of Longview Purchasing Division (City Hall)
300 W. Cotton St.
Longview, TX 75601
or mailed to:
City of Longview Purchasing Division
P.O. Box 1952
Longview, TX 75606
Proposals
received in the City Purchasing Office after the submission deadline
will be considered void and unacceptable. The City of Longview is not
responsible for lateness or non-delivery of mail, carrier, etc., and the
date/time stamp in the Purchasing Office will be the official time of
receipt.
