The City of Longview is accepting proposals from qualified firms to provide a 28-30 minute in duration professional fireworks display that is choreographed to patriotic/country/pop music and performed by a fully licensed and insured company that is approved by the local fire authority having jurisdiction for that location.
Proposals may be hand delivered to:
City of Longview Purchasing Division (City Hall)

or mailed to:
City of Longview Purchasing Division
P.O. Box 1952
Longview, TX 75606
Proposals
received in the City Purchasing Office after the submission deadline
will be considered void and unacceptable. The City of Longview is not
responsible for lateness or non-delivery of mail, carrier, etc., and the
date/time stamp in the Purchasing Office will be the official time of
receipt.
