Sealed proposals addressed to Rolin McPhee, P.E., Director of Public Works, City of Longview, Public Works Service Center, 933 Mobile Drive, Longview, Texas 75604 will be received until 2:00 p.m., February 9, 2021, for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and supervision necessary for the construction of Grace Creek WWTP – Trickling Filter Mechanism Replacement, in accordance with the specifications on file at Public Works Engineering. At the
time stated, bids will be opened and publicly read in the Public Works Training Room of the Public Works Service Center, 933 Mobile Drive, Longview, Texas 75604.
Special Instructions:
Contract documents including bid proposal forms, plan sheets, and specifications for the Project may be viewed and downloaded free of charge (with options to purchase hard copies) from the Civcast USA website. Plans and specifications may be examined without charge at the office of the Public Works Engineer, 933 Mobile Drive, Longview, Texas, 75604, 903-237-1112 or downloaded below.
Please be aware may contain large documents and might take some time to download.
Please submit questions for this project at least five (5) days prior to the bid opening through the Civcast USA website in the Q&A portal. All addenda issued for this project will only be posted on the Civcast USA website. You will be notified of addenda automatically through email if you register your email on the Civcast USA Website.

RFQ’s received in the Public Works Office after the submission deadline will be considered void and unacceptable. The City of Longview is not responsible for lateness or non-delivery of mail, carrier, etc., and the date/time stamp in the Purchasing Office will be the official time of receipt.
