The City of Longview, Texas (City) is seeking to obtain the services of a qualified firm capable of providing disaster debris monitoring management services, in order to ensure that debris removal operations are efficient, effective, and compliant with Federal, State and Local regulation, laws, and policies.

Proposals
received in the City Purchasing Office after the submission deadline
will be considered void and unacceptable. The City of Longview is not
