SEALED PROPOSALS addressed to Rolin McPhee, P.E., Director of Public Works, City of Longview, Texas, Public Works Service Center, 933 Mobile Drive, Longview, Texas, 75604, will be received until 2 p.m., Tuesday, May 18, 2021, for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and supervision necessary for overlaying W. Whaley St., between N. Fredonia St. and N. Green St., N. Green St. between E. Marshall Ave. and Henderson St., and Development Services parking lot, consisting of approximately 8,242 square yards, in accordance with the plans and specifications on file at the Public Works Engineering office.
