The objective of this solicitation is to secure an annual contract with an established contractor or an established group of contractors to provide mowing services and refuse removal, as needed, for the City of Longview Code Compliance Division and/or other divisions, according to the following guidelines.

Proposals received in the City Purchasing Office after the submission deadline will be considered void and unacceptable. The City of Longview is not responsible for lateness or non-delivery of mail, carrier, etc., and the date/time stamp in the Purchasing Office will be the official time of receipt.
