This project provides for the installation of a new roof re-cover including all material, insulation, labor, warranty to complete the restoration per specifications. The project is located at Broughton Recreation Center 801 S Martian Luther King Blvd. Longview.  The bid specifications maybe be downloaded from the City website

Contract documents including bid proposal forms, plan sheets, and specifications for the Project may be viewed and downloaded free of charge on the City Website  https://longviewtexas.gov/list.aspx. Plans and specifications may be examined without charge at the office of the Public Works Engineer, 933 Mobile Drive, Longview, Texas, 75604, 903-237-1112.

Please submit questions for this project at least five (5) days prior to the bid opening to . You will be notified of addenda through email if you acknowledge interest in bidding to .
