The City of Longview (“City”), on behalf of the Police Department (“Department”), is soliciting Proposal(s) from firms interested and qualified to perform the design, implementation and support of a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Mobile Computing application (Mobile), Report Writing, Law Enforcement Records Management System (LRMS) and Fire Records Management System (FRMS) hereinafter referred to as “System”.  Through the procurement of a new system, the City would like to modernize its current CAD/Mobile, Report Writing, LRMS and FRMS functionality, improve the end-users’ experience with the applications, increase end-user efficiency and form a beneficial long-term partnership with a systems provider.

Proposals received in the City Purchasing Office after the submission deadline will be considered void and unacceptable. The City of Longview is not responsible for lateness or non-delivery of mail, carrier, etc., and the date/time stamp in the Purchasing Office will be the official time of receipt.
