The intent of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to obtain the services of a qualified contractor to be readily available to provide structured optical fiber services for routine installations, repairs, maintenance and special projects (as designated) for the City of Longview Information Services Department.

Proposals received in the City Purchasing Office after the submission deadline will be considered void and unacceptable. The City of Longview is not responsible for lateness or non-delivery of mail, carrier, etc., and the date/time stamp in the Purchasing Office will be the official time of receipt.
