The City of Longview will receive Proposals for Pharmacy Benefit Manager.  It is understood that the City of Longview Health Plan Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all proposals for any or all products and/or services covered in this request for proposal and to waive informalities of defects in such proposals. Proposals must be valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days after opening. The anticipated award(s) will be made in August for Pharmacy Benefit Manager.

Submittals received in the City Purchasing Office after the submission deadline will be considered void and unacceptable. The City of Longview is not responsible for lateness or non-delivery of mail, carrier, etc., and the date/time stamp in the Purchasing Office will be the official time of receipt.
