The objective of this solicitation is to secure the services of a contractor to provide demolition services and related items including site clearing structures listed in this Invitation to Bid.

Special Instructions
There is a mandatory pre-bid  meeting scheduled for May 11, 2022 at 10:00 AM.  The meeting will be held in the Development Services Conference Room located at 410 S. High St. Longview, TX 75601.

Submittals received in the City Purchasing Office after the submission deadline will be considered void and unacceptable. The City of Longview is not responsible for lateness or non-delivery of mail, carrier, etc., and the date/time stamp in the Purchasing Office will be the official time of receipt.
