The City of Longview seeks responses from qualified and experienced firms to provide professional technical services for an update to the Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Master Plan.

Submittals received in the City Purchasing Office after the submission deadline will be considered void and unacceptable. The City of Longview is not responsible for lateness or non-delivery of mail, carrier, etc., and the date/time stamp in the Purchasing Office will be the official time of receipt.
