The purpose of this specification is to secure bids on liquid chlorine suitable for the City of Longview Water Purification Plant to use in the water treatment process.

Submittals received in the City Purchasing Office after the submission deadline will be considered void and unacceptable. The City of Longview is not responsible for lateness or non-delivery of mail, carrier, etc., and the date/time stamp in the Purchasing Office will be the official time of receipt.
