Sealed proposals addressed to Rolin McPhee, P.E., Director of Public Works, City of Longview, Texas, Public Works Service Center, 933 Mobile Drive, Longview, Texas 75604, will be received until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, December 17, 2015, for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and supervision necessary for the construction of “FM 2275 Utility Relocations at Greystone and McCann Road”, in accordance with the specifications on file at Hayes Engineering, Inc., 2126 Alpine St., Longview, TX 75601. At the time stated, bids will be opened and publicly read in the Public Works Training Room of the Public Works Service Center, 933 Mobile Drive, Longview, Texas 75604.
Plans and specifications may be obtained only through the CivCast Website. At the CivCast Website, click on "Browse Bids" then type "Longview" in the top search bar.
Plans and specifications may be examined without charge at both the CivCast Website and the office of Hayes Engineering, Inc., 903-758-2010.
