The objective of this solicitation is to accept bids for the grinding of wood to produce a product suitable for the production of mulch and compost feedstock for the City of Longview Compost Operations.

Submittals received in the City Purchasing Office after the submission deadline will be considered void and unacceptable. The City of Longview is not responsible for lateness or non-delivery of mail, carrier, etc., and the date/time stamp in the Purchasing Office will be the official time of receipt.
