The City of Longview desires to engage a qualified and experienced Architectural and Engineering Firm to provide services to identify, design and develop a multi year improvement plan for the interior renovation of the City of Longview Library.

Special Instructions:  RFQ and original plan drawings for the Project may be downloaded free of charge on the City Website.

An optional site visit will be conducted February 13, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. located at 222 West Cotton St., Longview, TX 75601.
