The purpose of this invitation is to provide for an annual requirements style contract for use by the City of Longview. Amounts are estimates only. The City does not warrant any specific amount of product but agrees to purchase its annual volume of 53-62% solids concentration of magnesium hydroxide suitable for the City of Longview Wastewater Plant’s use in its wastewater treatment processes and provide a service contract from the successful bidder.

Submittals received in the City Purchasing Office after the submission deadline will be considered void and unacceptable. The City of Longview is not responsible for lateness or non-delivery of mail, carrier, etc., and the date/time stamp in the Purchasing Office will be the official time of receipt.
