The Longview Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) seeks responses from qualified Firms for the Longview MPO’s Travel Demand Model review, Thoroughfare Plan update, and development of the 2050 Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP) project prioritization.

Submittals received in the City Purchasing Office after the submission deadline will be considered void and unacceptable. The City of Longview is not responsible for lateness or non-delivery of mail, carrier, etc., and the date/time stamp in the Purchasing Office will be the official time of receipt.
