The City of Longview is accepting competitive sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide janitorial services for various City buildings and facilities around Longview. Services include, but are not limited to, cleaning and sanitizing all restrooms, emptying waste baskets and replacing soiled liners, dusting, vacuuming all carpeted floors, sweeping, mopping, etc.

Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting & Site Visit will be held on September 27, 2023 at 10:00 AM at City Hall located at 300 W. Cotton St. Longview, TX 75601.

Submittals received in the City Purchasing Office after the submission deadline will be considered void and unacceptable. The City of Longview is not responsible for lateness or non-delivery of mail, carrier, etc., and the date/time stamp in the Purchasing Office will be the official time of receipt.
