The intent of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to obtain the services of a qualified contractor to install a Trailhead Video Surveillance solution using radio communication for the City of Longview Information Services Department that integrates with our current Information Systems.

Submittals received in the City Purchasing Office after the submission deadline will be considered void and unacceptable. The City of Longview is not responsible for lateness or non-delivery of mail, carrier, etc., and the date/time stamp in the Purchasing Office will be the official time of receipt.
