Sealed proposals addressed to Rolin McPhee, P.E., Director of Public Works, Public Works Service Center, 933 Mobile Drive, Longview, TX 75604, will be received until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 22, 2016, for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and supervision necessary for the construction of Center Street Improvements in accordance with the specifications on file at Public Works Engineering. At the time stated, bids will be opened and publicly read in the Public Works Service Center Training Room, 933 Mobile Dr., Longview, TX.
Contract documents including bid proposal forms, plan sheets, and specifications for the Project may be viewed and downloaded free of charge (with the option to purchase hard copies) at CivCast Website. At the CivCast Website, click on "Browse Bids" then type "Longview" in the top search bar.
Plans and specifications may be examined without charge at both the CivCast Website and the office of KSA Engineering, Inc., 140 E. Tyler St., Suite 600, Longview, TX, 75601.
A pre-bid meeting for all prospective bidders will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 15, 2016, at the Public Works Service Center, 933 Mobile Dr., Longview, TX 75604.
