Sealed proposals addressed to Rolin McPhee, P.E., Director of Public Works, Public Works Service Center, 933 Mobile Drive, Longview, TX 75604, will be received until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 22, 2016, for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and supervision necessary for the construction of Spring Hill Road at Grace Creek Bridge Improvements in accordance with the plans and specifications on file at Public Works Engineering. At the time stated, bids will be opened and publicly read in the Public Works Service Center Training Room, 933 Mobile Drive, Longview, TX.
Plans and specifications may be obtained only through the CivCast Website. At the CivCast Website, click on "Browse Bids" then type "Longview" in the top search bar.
Plans and specifications may be examined without charge at both the CivCast Website and the office of KSA Engineering, Inc.
A pre-bid meeting for all prospective bidders will be held at 2:30 p.m., Tuesday, March 15, 2016, at the Public Works Service Center, 933 Mobile Drive, Longview, Texas 75604.
