Sealed proposals addressed to Rolin McPhee, P.E., Director of Public Works, City of Longview, Texas, Public Works Service Center, 933 Mobile Drive, Longview, Texas 75604, will be received until 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 26, 2016, for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and supervision necessary for the construction of Roadway Intersection Improvements in accordance with the specifications on file at Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. At the time stated, bids will be opened and publicly read in the Public Works Training Room of the Public Works Service Center, 933 Mobile Drive, Longview, Texas 75604.
