Sealed proposals addressed to Rolin McPhee, P.E., Director of Public
Works, City of Longview, Texas, Public Works Service Center, 933 Mobile
Drive, Longview, Texas 75604, will be received until 2:00 p.m., April 25, 2017, for furnishing all labor, materials,
equipment, supplies, and supervision necessary for the construction of
“2017 Chip Seal”, in
accordance with the specifications on file at Public Works Engineering. At the time stated, bids will be
opened and publicly read in the Public Works Training Room of the Public
Works Service Center, 933 Mobile Drive, Longview, Texas 75604.
Plans and specifications may be examined without charge or obtained for a purchase price of $50.00 per set at the office of Public Works Engineering, 933 Mobile Drive, Longview, Texas 75604.
