The purpose of this invitation is to provide for an annual requirements style contract for use by the City of Longview. Amounts are estimates only. The City does not warrant any specific amount of product but agrees to purchase its annual volume of 25% sodium chlorite solution suitable for the City of Longview Water Purification Plant use in its water treatment processes and provide a service contract from the successful bidder. City of Longview offers no warranty of volume of products to be purchased and has listed the amount of products as an estimate only.

Proposals
received in the City Purchasing Office after the submission deadline
will be considered void and unacceptable. The City of Longview is not
responsible for lateness or non-delivery of mail, carrier, etc., and the
date/time stamp in the Purchasing Office will be the official time of
receipt.
