The objective of this solicitation is to secure an annual contract with an established sole contractor or an established group of contractors to provide mowing services, as needed, for the City of Longview Code Compliance Division and/or other divisions, according to the following guidelines. This contract is to provide nuisance abatement for properties containing overgrown vegetation. The work described in this bid does not describe any specific property, but rather types of property that may need the published services.

Longview, TX 75606
Proposals
received in the City Purchasing Office after the submission deadline
will be considered void and unacceptable. The City of Longview is not
responsible for lateness or non-delivery of mail, carrier, etc., and the
date/time stamp in the Purchasing Office will be the official time of
receipt.
